HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?

Most Cruel Vibes apparel is unisex sizing. For a more fitted look, consider sizing down. For an oversized or relaxed fit, consider sizing up. Please check the size chart on each product listing before ordering.

ARE YOUR BLEACHED FLANNELS ALL THE SAME?

No! Each Cruel Vibes bleached flannel is individually made, which means bleaching patterns and placement may vary slightly. That's part of what makes each one unique.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Most items are made or prepared to order. Processing times may vary depending on the item and time of year. Please check the individual product page for the most current processing time.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information using the email address provided at checkout.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders may only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production and changes cannot be guaranteed.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because many Cruel Vibes items are made to order, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing, color and shipping information before placing your order.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CRUEL VIBES APPAREL?

For the longest life of your design:

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
Turn garments inside out before washing.
Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
Do not iron directly over the design.
Avoid bleach unless otherwise specified.

WILL THE COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

We do our best to photograph products accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Handmade and bleached items may also have natural variations.
